I will be posting pictures of my miniature work, most of which is shown with an ordinary pencil for size comparison.
It is beautiful, Linda.
It's a masterpiece!Bye Faby
Hello Linda,Your artwork always makes my jaw drop. I just love it. Your craftsmanship is very inspiring.Big hug,Giac
Beautiful work!I love to carve as well, what tools do you suggest to carve in miniature?
Thank you Lisa :) While I have lots of tools, even made my own tools, I always seem to grab my trusty x-acto with #11 blade!
You forgot to mention and show us that there is also a pipe box and an inkstand in that new product line that would look great with this writing desk. I love the little pipes that come with the pipe box. Do put that pipe box on a blog posting of its own as it deserves it!Here is a direct link for purchasing them.http://www.miraclechickenminiatures.com/Dollhouse_accessories.htm
Thanks for the plug my friend---
Wow, Linda, you've out-done yourself with this little masterpiece! It is simply stupendous! XO,John
You already know how much I love it Linda. I feel so lucky that you share these things with me while you are making them. Everything just gets better and better.
una pieza realmente muy bonita besitos Mari
It is beautiful! And such a nice curious item with the opening lid, keeping some secret or something inside
Wow! Thats a really neat little writing desk. Your chip carving skills are to be admired, and this is such a fun little object. I just love the geometrical designs you've created! Your feet warmer give-a-way was like that too; cute, adorably done and so easy to incorporate in any dollhouse interior. Is it made of pear?
Thank you Debora! It is carved from cherry.
I so much appreciate these wonderful comments :) Thank you my friends.
